Booking Details

Once you have scheduled, you will receive a Zoom link to a scheduled meeting via email.
Please save this somewhere safe until the time of the meeting. If you have any technical issues, please contact me via the Contact Page and I will provide you with assistance ASAP.

Payment Details
After your session, an invoice will automatically be sent to your email address with a link to pay online.

If you prefer to bank transfer, please let me know during the session and I will organise a traditional invoice to be sent with bank details.

Invoice payment is due within seven days of the session.
Late payment will endure a $15 late fee.
3 month late invoices will incur an additional $50 fee and may be passed to a collection agency at counsellor’s discretion.
